Re-development on green belt

A client approached ELF, on the advice of a previous volunteer, seeking help in order to prevent a re-development on green belt land.  This land had been used for grazing for the past three-hundred years and is advertised as a walking site by the local council.  Following advice from ELF solicitor, Douglas Raine of Ottaways, a letter of objection was submitted to the council, resulting in the withdrawal of the planning application.
