NATIONAL POLICY STATEMENTS AND THE NEW PLANNING SYSTEM TOOLKIT

The Environmental Law Foundation (E.L.F.) held a free public event on Saturday 13^th February 2010 in Bridgwater aimed at local people to look at some of the legal and technical issues raised by the draft National Policy Statements on energy infrastructure (NPS). The E.L.F. produced two toolkits respectively on the NPS and the New Planning System to assist people in the difficult task of responding to the DECC consultation.
